A top-30 pharmaceutical company was conducting two phase 3, multi centre, randomized, double-blind studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a treatment for a serious dermatological condition. The first involved 81 sites across 9 countries; the second trial involved 83 sites across 11 countries.
