Phlexglobal’s intuitive iOS and Android mobile app, integrated seamlessly with PhlexTMF eTMF software, makes scanning, classifying, and filing documents simple and convenient. You increase document processing efficiency and flexibility, while helping to ensure the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of TMF documents.

Unlike similar tools which are limited to scanning and uploading only – making it difficult to classify documents quickly and accurately later – the PhlexTMF mobile app lets you classify and upload directly to PhlexTMF with the following metadata:

• Study name
• File type
• Country
• Site
• Unblinding
• Zone
• Section
• Artifact
• Sub-artifact

What’s more, any metadata not recorded in the mobile app can be easily applied in the PhlexTMF software later.
