Site centricity is a core pillar in the advancement of clinical research to be safer, smarter, and faster. Being “site-centric” is being conscious of, and committed to addressing, the challenges that prevent clinical trial sites from delivering the best possible experience for trial participants—and the best possible results for CROs and sponsors.

Open communication and genuine interest in input from sites are key to becoming more site centric—and avoiding a number of problems that might compromise a trial or cost time and money.  Often, much of the burden is unnecessary, particularly if sponsors and CROs are willing to invest in the strategies and technologies available to assist sites and integrate with their workflows.
