Trial Management

The AdaptaTrial™ platform integrates visit scheduling and data collection in one protocol repository. This, along with the overall integrated approach, makes large-scale adaptive clinical trial design much simpler and more cost-effective than would otherwise be possible. The Trial Management module provides the core functionality to administer these functions.

Participant Management

Managing participant information throughout the various trial phases is critical to the success of the trial.

The Participant Lifecycle Management module is used to register and screen participant candidates and manage their demographic information in tandem with other trial site systems.

Visit Management

Sophisticated adaptive designs hold a strong potential to impact clinical trial success rates, but they are impractical unless operational challenges at clinical trial sites can be addressed. 

The AdaptaTrial™ Visit Management module provides trial sites with functionality needed to minimize both the overhead associated with patient encounters and the likelihood of protocol deviations. Integration options include full 'round trip' integration with EMR and laboratory systems.

Budgeting & Billing

Managing ongoing costs for your trial without the proper systems and procedures can lead to errors, more work for your staff and risk of regulatory non-compliance. The AdaptaTrial™ Budgeting and Billing module enables you to establish your budget and track trial site billing for clinical trial activities correctly and consistently. 

Data Management

AdaptaTrial™ includes a rich feature set for electronic data capture and management.  Data accuracy is maximized by building eCRFs into the trial protocol. Our repository architecture makes clinical and operational data available for analysis immediately on capture using built in tools or via export to SAS or Excel.
