We go beyond, employing enterprise-class perimeter firewalls with active intrusion prevention, as well as a second set of specialty firewalls that protect your applications from attacks like cross-site scripting and SQL injection.

  • Network: Our internal network runs at 10 Gbps, a tenfold increase over the standard performance of SaaS providers, resulting in faster backend processing.
  • Storage: We have a dedicated, 10 Gbps storage network with three tiers and SSD acceleration, which generates demonstrable performance increases over earlier technology.
  • Compute: The Compliance Cloud utilizes the latest servers with processors optimized for virtualization. It features separate compute clusters for SharePoint and NextDocs servers and for SQL servers.
• Security: We’ve invested in security that surpasses industry standards, from the physical security at our data centers to encryption, logging, and multiple layers of filtering.
• Backups and Disaster Recovery: We make regular backups of servers, application settings, and customer data and maintain a detailed disaster recovery plan that will have you up and running within a week, using data that is no more than a day old.
