Mark Sneff Named Vice President, Human Resources At Premier Research Group
Premier Research Group Limited announces the appointment of Mark P. Sneff to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Mr. Sneff will be responsible for the global human resources function and staff in support of Premier Research's strategic goals.
Mark P. Sneff has a 25 year human resources and operations career in international pharmaceutical development, healthcare services, educational services and executive search. Most recently he was Sr. Vice President Human Resources reporting to the CEO for Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc. (a portfolio business of Kohlberg & Company) where he led the "People Strategy" side of smoothly assimilating four acquisitions in 12 months to grow the CHS geographic densification strategy.
Prior, he served as Vice President Global Human Resources for Covance, Inc. Clinical Development division. At Covance, Mr. Sneff was a member of the executive leadership team which led a global turnaround and a return to profitability of the Clinical Development division. He personally re-built and then managed the global clinical, project management and data management training function. Mr. Sneff also implemented a global retention strategy for high demand clinical positions which led to a reduction in critical staff turnover from 45% to 17% in one year.
Mr. Sneff worked for Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. in a variety of key positions. In his last position at Sylvan, Mr. Sneff served as VP of Therapist Services Operations for Sylvan's $20M annual revenue contract rehabilitation therapy business. At Sylvan, Mr. Sneff also led the creation of a shared services model for key functions in HR such as staffing, communications and organizational development.
He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Penn State University and the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. He is a member of the Program Committee of the Philadelphia HR Planning Society as well as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
