We utilize many of the best practices of a functional outsourcing model combined with supportive elements of traditional outsourcing, including but not limited to, a therapeutically aligned Investigator Database, Clinical SOP’s, CTMS, GCP Auditing, Travel Policies, and Pass Through Expense Processing.

We start with the identification of a strong Project Manager that fits the needs of your study. Fit will be determined based on their therapeutic experience, years of industry experience, and their ability to manage a clinical team. The Project Manager’s understanding of the study requirements, and their ability to drive the study within the required timelines are the main criteria in our selection of a proposed Project Manager.

Next, we collaborate with sponsors to identify the best performing investigative sites. The selection of sites is a critical element in the success or failure of any clinical trial. RDP Clinical can identify the full site list, augment the sponsor’s list, or utilize the sponsor’s fully identified list. No matter the scenario, we seek strategic concentrations of reputable sites so that our regional approach to monitoring can provide efficiencies in travel time and pass through expenses while enhancing speed and accuracy.

Finally, using the geographic distribution of the study sites, we strategically identify the regional monitors based on their experience, therapeutic knowledge, availability, and location.
