Accelerate Study Start Up Cycle Times Through More Effective Site Contracts: KMR Announces Site Contracts Study
KMR GROUP, a firm specializing on biopharmaceutical R&D performance, is pleased to announce their upcoming Site Contracts Study. The cycle time benchmarking analysis will assess the study start-up process from the site contract and regulatory documents perspective.
Given the importance of the site contracting process for effective study start-up or when there is a need to quickly expand enrollment during a trial, results from this study are critical to helping participants gauge their opportunities for improvement. The survey will not only show each company how their site contracting process compares with other major companies in the industry, but will also provide context around more qualitative site contracting practices such as use of master agreements, payment strategies, timing and terms.
Site contract performance will be analyzed from a number of perspectives to help gain insight into what works best. As such, the type of site (independent, institution), study phase, therapy area and geography will all be key variables. Issues concerning use of local vs. central IRBs will also be assessed for impact on performance. As this is the third time KMR has conducted this study, the results will also include trends over time.
