Ropack offers a number of pouch and sachet filling services for powder, solid, liquid, and other dosage types.

Pouch and Sachet filling under nitrogen and pouch filling in a controlled-humidity environment are also available.

  • Powder pouching for unit dose pouches for a quantity of approximately 0.5 g to 150 g depending on the density of the product
  • Liquid or cream filling for a quantity of approximately 1 mL to 70 mL, depending on the density of the product
  • Pouch filling of capsules, tablets, or gelatin caps; of one or two types of products can be put in a single pouch

Sachet/pouch dimensions and fill weight:

  • Sachet Width 50.8 mm up to 120 mm
  • Sachet Height: 50.8 mm up to 241 mm
