Enhancing Clinical Trials: A Strategic Framework For Positive Site-Sponsor Relationships
By Matthew Jones and Julia Scanlon
In today’s complex world of clinical trials, the significance of creating favorable site experiences and nurturing strong relationships between sponsors and sites cannot be emphasized enough. As sponsors endeavor to enlist sites and position themselves as the preferred sponsor for projects, it becomes crucial to tackle two fundamental questions: How can we effectively meet the needs of the sites? And how can the sites best support our trial requirements?
