Catalyst Flex enabled a small biopharma client to significantly improve its biometrics capabilities amidst a burgeoning pipeline of 25-30 Phase I and II studies. The client required data management services, prompting Catalyst to provide three data managers. As the project evolved, Catalyst expanded the team to include clinical programmers, technical writers, and medical coders, ensuring comprehensive management of programming efforts and deliverables.
