Enrollment delays are the norm for clinical studies today, adding unnecessary costs and delays in delivering new medicines to patients who need them. But before you evaluate strategies, it’s important to understand what problems you need to solve. The common approaches to enrollment acceleration do not work because they do not adequately address the two root causes of slow enrollment.
