Improving The Advanced Therapies Digital Landscape

A rapidly growing UK-based gene therapy biotech company with multiple academic partners and both internal and outsourced manufacturing, initiating early-phase clinical trials faced challenges when existing systems did not cover end-to-end processes, ineffective data governance, unstructured and siloed data, inconsistent data capture, and risks to data integrity. As a result, over 25% of scientists' time was spent on manual reporting, leading to inefficiencies and barriers to effective technology transfer and communication.
