What can we Learn from other industries?

As a decades-long follower of business innovation thinking, I’m a firm believer in the notion that some of the best ideas come from outside the clinical trial industry. When I look at technology enablement efforts in the clinical trial space, I can’t help but wonder if some current industry approaches risk having the opposite effect from their intended purposes.

In today’s innovation-fueled clinical research space, there’s no shortage of digital solutions at every stage of the clinical trial journey, but there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to the patient experience.
