John Mann, Vice President, North America Operations has over 24 years of working in CROs and 15 years of experience working in senior leadership roles including Quintiles (now IQVIA), INC Research (now Syneos), PRA Healthsciences, and ICON. He has worked across a diverse range of therapeutic areas and business groups, most recently as Vice President of Emerging Biotech and Rare Disease Operations, and Vice President of Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCTs) Operations at ICON.
Clint Henry, Director of Business Development, is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in the biotechnology industry. He possesses over 15 years of CRO experience working predominately with biotech companies across various roles including proposal management, finance, and business development. Clint has held various positions over his tenure and helped nurtured relationships with biotech companies within the US region. He excels in finding creative solutions that enable quick resolutions to challenges, ultimately fostering strong client relationships.
Mike Watson, Director of Business Development, is an experienced business development consultant, residing in North Carolina, US. Mike has been in the clinical space for over 13 years with experience in preclinical and clinical (Phase I-IV). Mike also has a thorough understanding of the Australian R & D Tax Incentive as well as the regulatory pathway for conducting clinical trials in Australia.
