ICON Medical Writing and Publishing has quality control specific Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and processes that ensure consistent quality across all document types. We use the PerfectIT toolbar to provide an automated quality control of the basic criteria, and other commercial and in-house tools to expedite the process. For electronic eCTD/NeeS submissions, these are validated using Lorenz eValidator to ensure e-submission compliance. 

Independent Peer Review

We consider peer review to be a critically important, but separate, part of the review process. We have extensive experience in the review of clinical documents across a wide range of therapeutic indications. If additional expertise is needed, the team is closely aligned with ICON’s clinical, regulatory and medical experts, which allows us to take advantage of our internal expertise across our organization.
