More than 400 antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are now in development, and roughly 200 are already being tested in people. Newer designs, including dual-target and dual-drug versions, are widening what these therapies can do. But as the science advances, delivering them to patients gets harder. Regulators now expect stronger dose and biomarker evidence earlier, so trial designs have to be smarter from the start. Predictive analytics can help match the right patients to the right studies and point to high-performing trial sites. Going global helps. Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East can speed enrollment, though each adds its own regulatory and logistical hurdles. Then there are the practical demands unique to ADCs: specialized drug handling, close safety monitoring, and temperature-controlled shipping.

A promising molecule is no longer enough for biotech sponsors. Find out how smarter trial design, global planning, and operational readiness can turn a strong ADC candidate into a successful clinical program, and help you avoid the delays that stall promising therapies.
