New Clinical Trial Partners To Expand Laboratory Sciences Clinical Sample Analysis Groups
Our two new partnerships with Target Health Inc. and Theorem Clinical Research Inc. allow nonclinical testing programs performed by Charles River in the areas of bioanalysis, immunogenicity and immunology to transition to support clinical trials with ease. Charles River develops and validates assays in support of nonclinical programs. Many of these assays can be transferred and validated for human matrix and subsequently used for analyzing clinical samples. Our Laboratory Sciences groups have over 30 years of experience analyzing clinical samples in our laboratories and these newly established relationships will allow our scientists to manage clinical sample analysis using defined processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction. These relationships will be cultivated to create time and cost savings as well as other efficiencies that will lead to expertly executed on-time clinical studies with a painless transition from nonclinical to clinical laboratory testing.
