One-Channel LiTaO3 Pyroelectric Detector
Laser Components' single channel pyroelectric detectors uses LiTaO3 as the chip material and offers a broad range of active sizes and packages, used for gas detection and flame detection.
The smallest package is a TO-46 with the largest standard chip size being 3.0 x 3.0 mm2. Also offered are versions for all common methods of driving pyroelectric detectors.
