Scaling Access To Immunotherapy Treatments Through Pre-Competitive Collaboration: Introducing The DECODE CRS Coalition

Immunotherapy innovations like CAR-T and T-cell engagers (TcEs) are transforming oncology and immunology, yet their broader adoption remains bottlenecked. Out of caution, resource-intensive inpatient care models remain the standard due to fragmented data collection, unstandardized monitoring, and the persistent threat of adverse events like CRS. In this presentation, a multidisciplinary panel of experts from Boehringer Ingelheim, the Digital Medicine (DiMe) Society, Mayo Clinic, and Ametris challenges this status quo. The panel demonstrates how fit-for-purpose digital health technologies and precise, standardized clinical data can deliver a continuous, objective view of the patient journey. Attendees will discover how these digital tools drive earlier detection of physiological changes, instill clinical confidence in care decisions, and pave the way for scalable outpatient and community-based delivery models.
