Strong eCOA Provider And Linguistic Validation Expert Partnership For A Successful Project Launch

A high-priority study had tight timelines to meet both regulatory/IRB submissions and "first patient in" dates, in which all activities required for eCOA implementation had to be completed. Kayentis and RWS were selected to create and implement the eCOAs, deploying a collaborative process to ensure a seamless delivery in adherence with these timelines. 

This case study will explore the range of different approaches employed during this study to ensure a smooth project, as well as outcomes of the continuous communication between the teams.
