The Sunshine Act: What Sponsors And CROs Should Know

Last week was the annual Partnerships in Clinical Trials conference in Orlando. As usual, Endign had a booth and I was in it most of the conference. There were many take aways for me this year but the biggest for me was the lack of concentration and information on HCP Aggregate Spend (the Sunshine Act and PPSA are other terms used to describe it). It's as if the whole industry is ignoring the issue hoping it will simply disappear. I heard everything from "that doesn't apply to us" to "I'm sure we'll care when we get fined".
