What Is Fountayn?

As a company, Fountayn represents a new vision and culture. Led by an entirely new, energetic and young management team: Alex Tabatabai as CEO, Niki Kutac as SVP of Product, and Matt Schultz as VP of Commercial. As a team, we reviewed all aspects of the operations and culture, and found areas to make improvements to enhance the experience of clinical professionals who use our system. We improved our company culture to make Fountayn an innovative, collaborative, and fun place to work.
This same philosophy has been applied to all our e-learning training modules, which have been redesigned to be more interactive with the user, helping make the training experience less plodding. We also revamped the help documentation module within our systems, changing its organization and how end users interact with it, to ease finding and accessing documentation. Fountayn’s support staff remain just a phone call or email away, but the fact is most users do not want to call for support; they prefer to have an on-demand, easy-to-use resource to find answers too many of their questions.
