Faced with just 90 days to plan a four-day global sales meeting for more than 300 leaders from across five continents, Scout Meetings delivered a program that balanced intensive training with authentic team connection. Houston was selected as a cost-effective, accessible hub, while a creative “Take Off with Sales” theme—drawing inspiration from NASA—set the stage for branding, presentations, and activities.

In this study, we explain how over a dozen tailored breakout sessions covered therapeutic areas and service lines, as well as how Scout managed details such as F&B, AV, branded items, and program flow to ensure seamless execution. The result of Scout's efforts was a meeting that not only reinforced training but also energized a diverse sales force around shared goals. Participants left with a clearer understanding of company resources, stronger cultural alignment, and renewed excitement to drive results in the year ahead.
