As part of an expansion project, a large multinational pharmaceutical company sought help with enhancing the patient experience using an internal patient enrollment and retention group. Greenphire was chosen as a partner for their ability to simplify the payment and travel processes, improving the patient experience. The sponsor initially saw an 11% increase in patient retention, and so decided to expand their use of Greenphire solutions to regions outside of the U.S. Through this study we explore this successful partnership and the future plans to continue enhancing patient and site experiences.
