Sponsors, CROs, and Technology vendors must navigate this landscape by facilitating effective communication between their systems. It is imperative to strike a balance—allowing interoperability while preserving independence and the capacity to innovate at diverse speeds. This approach becomes increasingly essential for the industry to surmount obstacles, harmonize efforts, and usher in a new era of collaborative innovation in clinical research.
